Ben started at Key Financial in the summer of 2007 as an intern and returned in 2008 (and any spare minute he was willing to give us).  He is a 2009 graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in Business Administration and has now joined our team full time as an Operations Specialist.  Ben verifies and reconciles client account data, produces the quarterly reports and maintains portfolio management systems.

While at Bucknell, he focused his studies on management and finance with a secondary concentration on religion.  During his senior year, he participated in the Bucknell Student Managed Investment Fund where he and 17 classmates managed a portion of the university’s endowment fund.  This provided hands-on experience in a real world situation that turned out to benefit future students in a meaningful way.

Ben has distinguished himself by earning the Boy Scout’s of America rank of Eagle Scout.  He continued to pursue leadership roles at Bucknell including serving as the treasurer of his fraternity.  In his spare time, Ben enjoys mountain biking, running, cooking, repairing classic cars and working on his family’s horse farm near Marsh Creek State Park.
